Student Volunteer Program

The NJ Conference For Women is proud to announce that its Student Volunteer Program is back and now officially open for 2026!

Designed for college students, the program offers a behind-the-scenes look at one of New Jersey’s largest professional gatherings. The NJ Conference For Women, a program of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Alliance, is the largest one-day gathering of professional women in the State of New Jersey. Now in its 14th year, the Conference brings together nearly 700 dynamic business leaders from a variety of business sectors for a day of learning, networking, inspiration and growth.

As a student volunteer, you’ll help bring the Conference to life, assisting with setup, registration, event technology, photography, and wayfinding. The NJCFW is looking for students who are confident and eager to learn, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to meet and interact with business leaders, experience inspiring speakers and programming, and make connections that can extend well beyond the event. Whether you’re building your professional network or looking to gain experience, the Student Volunteer Program is a chance to get involved!

Applications must be submitted no later than Monday, September 21st. Selected Student Volunteers will be notified on or before Friday, October 2nd.
