“I delight in creating practices that inspire people toward their fullest expression. Yoga is one of the primary tools that I teach toward this intention. Through yoga practice, we can release physical and mental tension and create an easeful and healthy relationship with our body. This leads to more vibrancy and vitality in all aspects of life! All are welcome to this offering. We will create movement that is joy, and breathe our way toward clarity and amplified energy that will guide us through the day.” Linda’s teaching style is intentional, empowering, and inclusive. She has over 20 years of practice and study within several yoga traditions. In addition, Linda was recently certified as a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide. She also gathers groups online for meditation and spiritual practice. |

Called the “Wheels of Life,” chakras are energy centers of the body which relate to everything from our feelings of safety and security to our sexuality, creativity, inner drive, ability to give and receive unconditional love, speak our mind, follow our intuition, and connect with a force greater than ourselves. When these centers are open, we are able to foster a deeper relationship with the self and illuminate areas of strength and weakness not just in the physical body but our mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies as well. Join Romy for a fun practice where you will tap into and identify each chakra to awaken each energy center and maintain constant energy flow. You will practice specific yoga postures that are beneficial for the chakras in combination with positive affirmations, meditation, chanting and breathing exercises. This will be a very healing and fun practice! |
