WORKSHOP
PowerNESS Your Brain for a Healthy Life

Picture
Women leaders are often overworked and giving priority to their jobs and families. COVID-19 aggravated that situation.

It is imperative for women to gift themselves the time to nurture their heart, mind,
and body. How can you run on an empty tank?

In this workshop you will understand the power of your brain, its ability to evolve and
learn new behaviors. Simple lifestyle changes such as proper nutrition, stress relief,
sleep, and exercise, can help you improve your resilience, performance, yet feel more grounded and happy.

We have 86B neurons, each with 15,000 synapses. This miraculous network needs
as much attention and love as any muscle in your body because it is your center
of command. Veronique will give you the tools to optimize your brain. It is not that
complicated, you need to JUST DO IT.

Takeaways:
  • Mindfulness and nutrition practices will boost your brain wellbeing.
  • Sleep impacts your brain performance.
  • Self-love is a must to accept and is not equal to selfishness.

This workshop will allow you to create a roadmap to plan your new wellness journey.

Meet Veronique

Veronique Cardon, MS, enjoyed a wonderful career in the pharmaceutical industry as an executive with growing responsibilities as a general manager or SVP in commercial roles internationally.

Veronique is a brain nerd and is fascinated by its power and fragility, after having experienced a serious burnout in 2006. She became a nutritionist and embarked on a quest to improve her wellbeing and the one of thousands of women (and a few men).

Veronique hosts a podcast called “Make Your Brain Happy” (Apple, Google, Spotify) since 2020 as well as a TV talk show on the Princeton Community TV since 2018. She has conducted wellness workshops for multiple companies such as Pfizer, Eisai, Mercadien, Omnicom, Dress for Success etc. She is a frequent podcast guest and was recently on sparks &honey LinkedIn live podcast “Reworking Our Post-Pandemic Diet”.

She developed a behavioral weight loss program, The CogniDiet, published two books about it, conducted a clinical trial, won entrepreneurship awards and is now offering a brand new 4- week program online. Follow her at www.thecognidiet.com or contact her at vcardon@thecognidiet.com.
