General Technical Note: If a speaker/screen/link/video is not showing up, check the left navigation panel for the "Refresh App" button. Attendee Profiles Be sure to setup your attendee profile once you login (upper right corner of your screen). This includes a photo, your company information, title, social links, anything you would like to share! We encourage you to do this so you can make the most out of the conference connections possible. Also, this will populate for our speakers to respond to your questions throughout the conference chat boxes!
All Keynote sessions will have a LIVE question & answer session following the keynote's presentation. Type your question into the Q&A tab within the platform during each individual session. Our Emcee will ask as many questions as possible in the time allotted.
All Breakout sessions will have a chat feature where Q&A will be answered throughout their presentation. The breakout sessions have been filmed in advance to allow the speakers to answer questions throughout the full session. Be sure your attendee profile is complete so speakers can best answer your individual questions!
Technical Assistance Attendees must login with the email that they registered with to gain access to the conference. Please follow the access instructions noted above to create a password. Once logged into the platform, if you have technical issues, please look to the bottom left corner of the screen for "Live Support Chat."
