Jennifer is passionate about connecting leaders to the motivation and inner strength that allows them to maximize their impact on their companies, relationships, and the world. She combines work and life experience with positive energy, strategic thinking and coaching frameworks to enable clients to attain tangible business results by optimizing inspiration, improving leadership skills, and setting and achieving professional and personal goals.
Jennifer has held numerous corporate, coaching, and consulting positions over the past 25 years, including those in brand management, sales and marketing, and investment banking. In addition to working with private and corporate clients, she provides pro bono coaching for AmeriCorps Promise Fellows and United Nations executives. She is on the Preferred Executive Coach registry for Stanford Business School alumni and also provides executive coaching for fellows in the World Economic Forum’s Global Leadership Program, designed for those who want to enhance leadership potential in mission-driven private and public sector organizations.
Jennifer received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a BA from Tufts University, and is certified by both the International Coach Federation and Coaches Training Institute. She is also certified as a practitioner in the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment/development tool and leadership culture survey. Clients she has worked with include those at Prudential, Bain Capital, BMW, Hershey, Church and Dwight, General Dynamics Information Technology, Nabisco, B. Braun Medical, Tribal Worldwide, Hilton, Figlio and Partners, Nabisco, and Marriott.
