The conference begins at 7:30 a.m. Please enter through the main Ballroom Doors. Upon your arrival, a team member will check you in and help you locate your name badge and your conference swag bag! Lanyards and the conference Agenda/ Journal will be inside your swag bag.
No name changes will be accepted after October 20th.
Absolutely NO WALK-INS will be accepted. The conference is estimated to sell out to venue capacity.
What should I wear/What may I bring?
Attendees generally wear business casual attire. During the day, you will be moving throughout the hotel, so wear comfortable and appropriate clothing and shoes. You will receive a tote bag to help hold any program materials.
The Westin Princeton is centrally located on Princeton's Route 1 Corridor and easily found on GPS systems for driving or easily accessibly by train. For specific transportation options, please click here. It is located in Princeton's Forrestal Village and offers ample complimentary self parking.
Gluten Free Meal Requests
Our main luncheon meal offers a vegetarian option, therefore there is no need to specially request this. If you have already notified us that you will need a Gluten Free option, a special food ticket will be inside your name badge. Please hand this to your server when you sit down for lunch.
Returning for the second year, we have Karen Yankovich who will be reviewing your personal profile and offering expert tips on how to improve it and get you noticed! You’ll definitely want to take advantage of this free benefit in our Rejuvenation Station throughout the day.
Nursing mothers can utilize our Nursing Lounge on the second floor of the venue in the "Mercer Room." Please take the elevator to the second floor, follow the hallway left and utilize the "Mercer Room" door on the left side of the hallway.
