The conference begins at 7:30 a.m. Please enter through the main Ballroom Doors. New this year, will be electronic check in kiosks. A team member will assist you at the kiosk, printing out your name badge and provide you with your conference swag bag! The conference Agenda/Notebook will be inside your swag bag.
Swag Bag Contents
Your conference swag bag will contain your journal/notebook and badge lanyard. The journal will have all the details for the day, including agenda, workshop overviews and speaker information. You can view a copy of this in advance here.
Our main luncheon meal is Gluten Free, therefore there is no need to specially request this. If you have any other food allergies, please click here by October 11th at 3pm, a special food ticket will be handed to you at check in, for you to hand to your server once you sit down for lunch.

For more networking exposure, directly following the conference, there will be an exclusive after party reception at Salt Creek Grille, just steps away from the Westin. If you purchased your ticket in advance, this will be shown on your name badge, which you will need to enter the After Party. To purchase your After Party pass the day of the event, please visit the main conference registration desk to upgrade your conference ticket before Lunch. After party tickets are $25 and can be purchased up until lunch that day.

What should I wear/What may I bring?
Attendees generally wear business casual attire. During the day, you will be moving throughout the hotel, so wear comfortable and appropriate clothing and shoes. You will receive a tote bag to help hold any program materials.
The Westin Princeton is centrally located on Princeton's Route 1 Corridor and easily found on GPS systems for driving or easily accessibly by train. For specific transportation options, please click here. It is located in Princeton's Forrestal Village and offers ample complimentary self parking.

Nursing mothers can utilize our Nursing Lounge on the second floor of the venue in the "Mercer Room." Please take the elevator to the second floor, follow the hallway left and utilize the "Mercer Room" door on the left side of the hallway.
